We're a Mortgage Banker offering FHA, VA, and conforming conventional loans with free pre-qualifying on all programs.
All of our processing, underwriting and funding is done locally.
We're a non-conforming lender doing equity loans and "B" - "D" credit with in-house processing, underwriting and funding. (One of our many programs is a REAL 85 LTV no income, no asset verified load.)
We do commercial loans, apartments & mixed use retail up to $5 million dollars.
We have in-house construction loans up to 95% LTV, with 2 time closes, even for "B" credit loans, owner - builders, and small A & D projects.
We are also licensed to broker to over 50 other investors. What we don't have, we'll try to find elsewhere.
