This program is a fixed rate second mortgage that allows you to borrow up to 125% of the value of your home. The money may be used to add a pool, home improvements, consolidate debt, or for other purposes. Take the value of your home and multiply it by 125%. Example: Your home value is $100,000. $100,000 x 125% = $125,000. You owe $90,000. $125,000 - $90,000 = $35,000. We are able to lend you $35,000. These loans are designed for people who have not acquired enough equity to get an equity 2nd mortgage. In many cases an appraisal of your home is not even needed for this type of loan.
